Richard Spangenberg is a full time resident of Venice. He has been involved in his community both here and in Connecticut. He is a member of the board for his neighborhood Homeowners Association, Landscaping Review Committee. He has a history of volunteering and supporting local non-profits and church/faith organizations. He worked for numerous Fortune 500 companies in senior management.
Many of his friends and family are seasonal homeowners who either didn’t have anyone watching their home in the summer or had a friend or neighbor ‘‘look in on the place” while they were gone. He heard many horror stories of their coming home to pests, roof leaks, A/C issues and mold. He is bound to avoid these and other related issues for all of his clients.
Richard was trained by a professional organization in Venice who has been doing home watch for 20 years. He is insured, bonded and accredited by the Home Watch Academy and the Home Watch Network.
