Home Watch is defined as a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues.
Certified HomeWatch conducts a customized interior and exterior home watch report through inspection. All of our inspections are completed electronically through the latest software in order to give you immediate documentation regarding issues that arise.
Your very own home watch expert will help keep your property running smoothly when you are not in town. If we identify a problem, or potential for a problem during a regularly scheduled visit to your property we will contact you to discuss a resolution. We know how to recognize damage in the early stages before it becomes a disaster and have the resources to help remedy the situation. We are trained and certified to do so.
Below please find some information and basic costs on our HomeWatch packages. We are happy to customize as per your direction, additional charges may apply for large homes or if additional custom services are requested.
Bi-Weekly Visits run $99 per month.
Or, Weekly Visits run $199 per month.
Plus, one-time new client setup fee $99.
(Includes initial walk-through, key duplication and file setup.)
Setup fee is waived if conducted as part of the first month visit and payment receipt.
Additional Services are Available as Add-Ons:
Just let us know what you need and we will create a custom checklist just for your home. these could include watering plants, turn over engine for car or golf carts, driving car or golf cart around the block, etc.
Hurricane Preparation: (Add-On)
When a storm is coming we can get to your home first and secure any items on your porch or lanai.
After the storm, we will do a check inside and out to inspect your home.
Basic Services include:
• Forward first class mail, remove newspapers and flyers from your property,
• Visually check the overall condition of your single family home including exterior of home, landscaping, and and interior of home,
• Visually check for stains signs of water leaks; ceilings, windows and doors,
• Visually check signs of pest intrusion,
• Check windows for signs water or vandal intrusion and verify they are locked,
• Visually check circuit breakers and reset any that have flipped,
• Check exterior decks for water ponding and dry rot,
• Run garbage disposal, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer,
• Check refrigerator and freezer to ensure cooling,
• Run all spigots/faucets to ensure P-traps are full,
• Flush all toilets and wait until the run is complete,
• Check thermostat and air conditioning to verify operation,
• Visually check for signs of mildew and mold,
• Reset security system upon departure,
• Our basic services are offered at base rates. We can customize services to fit your needs.
