Vendor Key-In Services

Vendor Key-In service is a must-have for homeowners away from home.  We are your representative for various tasks, which will be performed in your absence.  For example, you may require access for delivery services for furniture or appliances, repair service technicians, phone and cable TV, home decorators or more.

Key holders are administrative personnel who are tasked with opening and closing a home and performing various administrative duties. Their primary responsibilities include assisting with vendor services to ensure that the home is clean and organized and managing the alarm system without disseminating alarm codes to the public.

We are the key holders of your home when you’re away! We give vendors access to your home per your request for a service to be provided or a delivery to be made. We can provide two levels of service:

Vendor access: We unlock the door to allow vendor access to the property and return when they are finished to lock and secure the home.

​Vendor watch: We unlock the door to allow vendor access to the property, we stay until their job is complete.  Then we lock and secure the home.
